The KP is more than just a hopper; it’s a powerful, configurable pre-cleaning station. To handle different crop conditions and cleaning requirements, it can be equipped with:
- A Single or Double Soil Separator: Choose the level of cleaning intensity you need. The dual separator option provides an exceptionally thorough cleaning action, perfect for produce harvested from heavy or difficult soil. The distance between the separating rolls is fully adjustable for precise control.
- Up to Three Output Conveyors: Configure the machine to pre-sort your product or direct it to multiple lines as it’s being received, streamlining your entire downstream process.
Built for Heavy-Duty Intake
- Durable Intake Belt: A heavy-duty rubber belt with vulcanized paddles is designed to withstand the high impact and volume of direct trailer unloading.
- Variable Speed Control: The main belt speed is freely adjustable via a frequency inverter, allowing you to manage the intake pace.
- Powerful Drive System: The main belt and output conveyors are reliably driven by electric motors, while the soil separator features a powerful hydraulic drive to handle tough conditions.
